We ask that you completely fill out a confidential questionnaire in advance. You can fax the completed form on 301-279-5975 ahead of your visit. This will save you at least 20 minutes when you arrive at the office for your first appointment.. Please answer every question thoroughly even though you feel it may not be connected to your visit. Very often many symptoms are connected and can be helped along with your main complaints. Dr. Ozello then carefully and thoroughly reviews your case. CONSULTATION
You will meet with Dr. Ozello for an in-depth consultation. He will discuss your health-related issues in detail. The consultation gives clues as to the exact nature of the causes of your health issues.
EXAMINATION
Dr. Ozello will then perform a comprehensive chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological and applied kinesiology examination.
ADDITIONAL TESTS
Additional lab tests and radiology studies may be ordered depending on your unique case. At this point Dr. Ozello will discuss his diagnosis and approach for you with a treatment program.
TREATMENT
If Dr. Ozello thinks he can help you and you agree, you will then be treated. Treatments include chiropractic care, applied kinesiology techniques, acupressure techniques, diet and nutritional supplement analysis and functional medicine. You’ll be frequently reevaluated to assess progress and direction of treatment.
